Digital Download

How do I receive the digital files after purchase?

Immediately after payment, you’ll receive an email with a download link. If you have an account, you can always access your files under “My Account” → "Orders" → "Order xxx" → "Details" → “Downloads.”

In what format are the files? Can I print them in high quality?

Files are provided in print-ready formats (e.g., high-resolution PDF, JPG/PNG at 300 DPI), or in ZIP format if there are multiple files together. Each product page specifies available formats and supported dimensions.

I can’t open or download the file: what should I do?

Check your internet connection and try a different browser/device. For PDFs, use an updated reader (e.g., Adobe Acrobat Reader). If the file is compressed (.zip), extract it before opening. If the issue persists, contact us with your order number.

Can I request a different size or aspect ratio?

In some cases, yes. Contact us with the desired final size (e.g., 30×40 cm, 50×70 cm) or ratio (e.g., 4:5, 3:4). If possible, we’ll provide timing and costs for the adjustment.

Printed colors look different from what I see on screen: is this normal?

Yes. Variations may occur due to monitor settings, printer, paper, and inks. For best results, use quality paper and consistent color profiles; disable automatic corrections at the print lab if not desired.

Print on Demand

Do prints come with a frame?

Unless otherwise stated in the product description, prints do not include a frame. If a print is sold with a frame, this is always clearly stated in the product description. If no such indication is provided, the frame is not included.
Dimensions are designed to fit standard, easily available frames.

What are the production and delivery times for prints?

Typical production: 1–3 business days.
Shipping: 2–7 business days, depending on destination and courier. You’ll receive updates and tracking when available.

How are prints packaged?

We use rigid and protective packaging to prevent folds or damage during transport. If damage occurs, contact us with photos of the package and the print.

Shipping and Delivery

What are the shipping costs?

Costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination. Any promotions on shipping will be clearly shown before payment.

Do you ship internationally? Are there customs duties?

Yes, we ship to various countries. Enter your address at checkout to see availability, couriers, and estimated delivery times for your area. Customs duties or VAT may apply depending on local regulations; these costs are not included in the price and are the customer’s responsibility. We recommend checking your country’s import rules.

How does shipment tracking work?

When available, the tracking code is emailed at the time of shipment and can also be viewed in your account under the order page.

Returns and Refunds

Can I return a digital file?

No. For digital content delivered immediately after purchase, the right of withdrawal does not apply.

Can I return a custom print?

Prints made on demand are not eligible for standard returns. If defective or damaged, contact us within a few days of delivery with clear photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund after review.

My order arrived damaged: what should I do?

Contact us immediately with your order number and photos of the external and internal packaging, as well as the damage. We’ll open a claim with the courier and provide you with the quickest solution.

License and Use

What type of license comes with the purchase?

Purchases are for personal use only: you can print for yourself or as a gift, but you cannot resell, redistribute, or use the artwork commercially. For commercial or extended licenses, please contact us.

Can I use the designs for commercial activities or physical products?

Not without an explicit commercial license. Contact us with details about your intended use (print run, sales channels, territories) to receive a tailored offer.

Orders and Payments

What payment methods do you accept? Are payments secure?

We accept payments exclusively via Stripe, a secure platform supporting credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and local digital payment methods depending on your country. Transactions are SSL-encrypted and PCI-compliant.

Where do I enter a discount code?

At checkout or in your cart, enter the code in the “Coupon” field and click “Apply.” Check the expiration date and terms of the offer.

Can I modify or cancel an order?

Please contact us as soon as possible. If production/shipping has not yet started, we’ll try to make changes. Once the order is in production or shipped, modifications may no longer be possible.

Support and Account

I didn’t receive my confirmation email or download links: what should I do?

Check your spam/junk folder and verify the email entered at checkout. If you have an account, go to My Account → Orders/Downloads. If needed, contact us with your name and order number.

Do you offer custom or bespoke projects?

Yes, for selected artworks and upon request. Tell us your idea (size, style, color palette, timing), and we’ll get back with feasibility and a quote.
